An Account Holder can notify EmuCasino to limit the maximum amount to wager. An account holder may also decide to exclude himself/herself from playing a definite or indefinite period of time.1.8 Incorrect crediting
If EmuCasino mistakenly credits your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error, the amount will remain the property of EmuCasino, and the amount will be transferred from your account. Account Holders’ funds are protected by Rock Interactive Ltd. and are held separately from Rock Interactive Ltd. own funds, this is to safeguard your funds in a secure account unaffected by any outside activity.2.2 Account verification

Withdrawals from an EmuCasino Account are made through payments addressed to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank account held in the name of the Account Holder, as advised by the Account Holder.2.4 Deposit method verification
It is advised that players only use deposit methods registered to them. When verifying a players account, any deposit methods used that are not registered to the player, will likely require further notarized documentation.2.5 Withdrawal costs and limits
Account holders are entitled to one free withdrawal per month. Any further requests within a 30 day period, EmuCasino reserves the right to deduct a charge of up to 3.9% of the withdrawn amount as part of the administrative costs associated with multiple payments.
The total maximum withdrawal limit for all players is 10,000 per player per 30 days, this may be increased over time at the discretion of EmuCasino.2.6 Jackpots withdrawal
An account holder who wins a jackpot of more than 50,000 in the progressive slots, may have to wait up to 30 working days on payment from the time of the jackpot. An account holder can then choose to take out the full jackpot profit, regardless of size.

As such account holders who still have funds in their old EmuCasino account will need to contact Panda Media N.V. (the old platform provider) directly, to withdraw their funds. Panda Media N.V. may request documents to verify the identity and/or authorisation to use a specific Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder before expediting withdrawals. This may cause slight delays.
EmuCasino upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with an Account Holder. Data will be disclosed if required by the governing authority, the judge or another public authority, and/or in the event of an Account Holder violating the EmuCasino Rules, data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purpose.3.2 Password protection
The Account Holder chooses a password and a username. It is an Account Holder’s own responsibility not to share this information.
